  • Full refund of the package price within 3 days

A: The contract becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The client owes 100% of the total agreed package amount if they do not utilize the agreed services of the contractor, even without a formal cancellation.

The contract can only be terminated in writing by either party for good cause, regardless of the possibility of mutual termination.

A: Upon termination by the client, any unused parts of the coaching package will NOT be refunded. 

A: All client information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.  I am committed to following and developing best practice procedures in the coaching field and will adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics and EMCC Code of Ethics at all times.
